본 고안은 내부에서 작용하는 수압에 효율적으로 견딜 수 있으면서도 내부에서물이 흐르는데 지장이 초래되지 않도록 하여주는 상수도용 내압관에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a pressure-resistant pipe for water supply that can effectively withstand the water pressure acting in the inside, but does not cause a problem in the water flowing inside.
상수도관은 내부에 흐르는 물의 압력으로 인하여 내부로부터 커다란 수압이 작용하는 관이다. 따라서 상수도관은 이러한 내부하중에 견디도록 두께가 정하여진다. 종래의 상수도관은 균일한 두께를 가지는 원통형의 철파이프, 합성수지 파이프, 또는 콘크리트 파이프들중에서 하나가 선정되어 사용되어 왔다. 이러한 종래의 상수도관은 균일한 두께로 만들어졌기 때문에 단면 2차모멘트가 작아지므로 그 두께가 두꺼워져야 하였다. 이로 인하여 종래의 상수도관은 전반적으로 재료비가 많이 소요되고 중량이 무겨워져서 취급이 불편하여지는 결함이 있었다.A water supply pipe is a pipe in which a large hydraulic pressure is applied from the inside due to the pressure of water flowing therein. 본 고안의 상수도용 내압관은 제1도에 도시되는 바와같이, 웨브(10)와 내측 플랜지(20)가 일체로 형성되는 단위체(1)가 내측플랜지(20)를 내면으로 하여 나선형으로 감겨지면서 내측플랜지(20)들의 단부들이 맞닿아 일체로 접합되어서 내측플랜지(20)들을 내벽면으로 웨브(10)는 나선형 돌출리브로 형성되도록 하는 것에 있어서, 상기 단위체(1)는 금속박판의 보강대판(a)이 합성수지재(b)로 감싸지는 수지코팅 금속판(1a)이 사용되고 그 접합부는 플라스틱 용착되도록 구성됨을 그 기술적 구성상의 특징으로 한다.As shown in FIG. 1, the tap water pressure pipe for water supply according to the present invention has a unit body 1 in which a web 10 and an inner flange 20 are integrally wound while spirally wound with an inner flange 20 as an inner surface.
