Claims (10)
- 연마제 입자는 2가지 종류 이상의 광물로 구성되며, 상기 2가지 종류 이상의 광물의 전체적인 입자크기분포는 특정 공칭등급의 입자크기분포 규격을 완전히 만족하며, 상기 2가지 종류 이상의 광물중 한 종류의 광물은 50중량%까지 존재하고 피복연마제 제품을 사용하는 연마공정에서 동일등급의 다른 종류의 광물보다 연마 절삭량에 있어 10% 이상 더 우수하며, 상기 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물은 연마제 입자의 굵은 입자크기부에 농축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특정 공칭등급의 연마제 입자를 얇은 기판재에 견고하게 접합시킨 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물은 연마제 입자 총무게의 5 내지 30%를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마제 입자는 2개 이상의 층에 존재하며, 상기 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물은 모두 최외곽층에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2개 이상의 층중 하부층은 상대적으로 연마성능이 열등한 광물의 미세한 입자크기부만을 포함하며, 상기 최외곽층은 상대적으로 연마성능이 열등한 광물의 미세한 입자크기부와 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물의 굵은 입자크기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 연마제 입자는 2가지 종류 이상의 알루미늄 산화물을 주성분으로 하는 광물로 구성되며, 상기 광물중 한종류의 광물은 소량부로서 존재하고 냉간압연강의 연마시에 동일 등급의 다른 종류의 광물보다 연마성능이 더 우수하며, 상기 연마성능이 더 우수한 알루미늄 산화물을 주성분으로 하는 광물은 굵은 입자크기부에 농축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 연마성능이 더 우수한 알루미늄 산화물을 주성분으로 하는 광물은 상기 특정공칭등급 다음으로 굵은 공칭등급의 모든 입자크기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 연마성능이 더 우수한 광물은 연마제 입자 총무게의 10 내지 20%를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물의 굵은 크기의 입자는 공동 용융된 알루미나/지르코니아로 구성되며, 그 나머지 입자들은 용융 알루미나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 연마제 입자는 표준크기부, 표준크기부 보다 굵은 입자를 포함하는 과대크기부 및 표준크기부 보다 미세한 입자를 포함하는 미소크기부를 포함하며, 상기 하부층은 상대적으로 연마성능이 열등한 광물의 미소크기부와 표준크기부만을 포함하고, 상기 최외곽층은 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물의 과대크기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 연마제 입자는 표준크기부, 표준크기부 보다 굵은 입자를 포함하는 과대크기부 및 표준크기부 보다 미세한 입자를 포함하는 미소크기부를 포함하여, 상기 하부층은 상대적으로 연마성능이 열등한 광물의 미소크기부와 표준크기부만을 포함하고, 상기 최외곽층은 상대적으로 연마성능이 우수한 광물의 과대크기부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복연마제 제품.
