Abstract

제품의 세척 방법에서, 특히 납땜후의 융제의 제거를 위해서, 제품을 C8내지 C15의 파라핀계 및 나프텐계 탄화수소중에서 선택된 하나이상의 탄화수소를 함유하는 탄화수소 함유 유체, 및 C5내지 C15의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 포화 지방족 알콜중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜을 함유하는 알콜 함유 유체와 접촉시킨다. 상기 수소 함유 유체 및 알콜 함유 유체는 바람직하게 액체 혼합물의 형태이다. 납땜후의 제품, 예를들어 전자 부품의 효율적인 세척은 할로겐 함유 용매를 사용하지 않고서도 가능하다.

Claims (12)

  1. (i) C8내지 C15의 파라핀계 및 나프텐계 탄화수소중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 탄화수소를 포함하고, 탄화수소 함유 유체의 방향족 화합물과 탄화수소를 합한 함량을 기준으로 8중량% 이하의 방향족 화합물 함량을 갖는 상기 탄화수소 함유 유체, 및 (ii) C5내지 C15의 직쇄 및 측쇄의 포화 지방족 알콜중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜을 포함하는 유체와 제품을 접촉시킴(상기 제품을 상기 성분(i)과 (ii)를 포함하는 액체 혼합물과 접촉시키는 경우, 상기 유체들에는 임의의 할로겐 함유 유기 화합물이 거의 없고, 상기 성분(ii)의 함량은 탄화수소와 알콜의 전체 함량을 기준으로 5용량% 이상이다)을 포함하는, 제품의 세척 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 강기 유체가 (i) C8내지 C15의 파라핀계 및 나프텐계 탄화수소중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 탄화수소 75 내지 95용량부, 및 (ii) C5내지 C15의 직쇄 및 측쇄의 포화 지방족 알콜중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜 5 내지 25용량부를 포함하는 액체 혼합물 형태인 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 8 내지 15용량부의 알콜 성분을 함유하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 알콜이 C6내지 C8의 알콜중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 함유 유체로서 석유를 증류시켜 수득된 증류 분류물을 사용하고, 상기 분류물이 상기 분류물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 8중량% 이하의 방향족 물질을 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 함유 유체가 상기 방향족 화합물과 탄화수소를 합한 함량을 기준으로 2중량% 이하, 바람직하게 1중량% 이하의 방향족 화합물을 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제품을 상기 유체 또는 혼합물에 침지시키고, 초음파 교반하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제품을 상기 유체 또는 혼합물과 접촉시킨 후에, 세제액과 접촉시키는 방법.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 세제액이 알킬벤젠 설포네이트 및 알킬페놀 알콕실레이트를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 PCB인 방법.
  11. (i) 석유를 증류시켜 수득한 증류 분류물의 전체 중량을 기준으로 C8내지 C15의 파라핀계 및 나프텐계 탄화수소중에서 선택된 탄화수소 92중량% 이상을 함유하는 상기 분류물 75 내지 90용량부, 및 (ii) C5내지 C15의 직쇄 및 측쇄의 포화 지방족 알콜중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜 5 내지 25용량부를 포함하고 임의의 할로겐 함유 유기 화합물이 거의 없는, 제품의 세척 조성물.
  12. (i) C8내지 C15의 파라핀계 및 나프텐계 탄화수소중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 탄화수소 75 내지 90용량부, 및 (ii) C5내지 C15의 직쇄 및 측쇄의 포화 지방족 알콜중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 알콜 5 내지 25용량부를 포함하고, 상기 탄화수소와 방향족 화합물을 합한 중량을 기준으로 8중량% 이하의 방향족 화합물 함량을 갖고 임의의 할로겐 함유 화합물이 거의 없는 혼합물의 제품 세척시의 용도.
