Abstract
본 발명은 현탁된 입자와 첨가된 엉김체를 가지고 있는 액체를, 단면이 원형이고 단면 크기가 도관을 통해 액체가 흐르는 방향으로 증가하는 경사진 도관을 통해 소용돌이 흐름으로서 통과시키는 것을 포함하는, 플록 형성을 촉진하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 현탁된 입자들을 가지고 있고 엉김제가 첨가되어 있는 액체를, 단면이 원형이고 도관을 통해 액체가 흐르는 방향으로 단면의 크기가 증가하는 경사진 도관을 통해 소용돌이 흐름으로서 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는, 플록 형성을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도관에 액체가 유입되기 전에 액체에 엉김제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 현탁된 입자들을 가지고 있는 액체의 기체를 가압하에 혼합시키는 단계, 기체/액체 혼합물을 보다 낮은 압력으로 팽창시키는 단계, 그리고 혼합물을 단면이 원형이고 단면 크기가 도관을 통해 액체가 흐르는 방향으로 증가하는 경사진 도관을 통해 소용돌이 흐름으로서 통과시키는 단계로 이루어지는, 플록 형성을 촉진하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 액체와 엉김제를 혼합하는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 도관 단부에 인접한 액체에 대한 유입부와 출구단부가 구비되어 있으며, 단면이 원형이고 상기 제 1 단부로부터 상기 출구단부로 갈수록 직경이 증가하는 도관과, 상기 액체 유입부에서 도관을 통한 액체의 소용돌이 흐름을 촉진하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 제 1 항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항의 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 도관이 도관 제 1 단부와 출구 단부 사이에 일정한 경사각을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 도관의 경사각이 일정하지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소용돌이 흐름이 액체를 상기 제 1 도관 단부에 인접해 있는 도관의 벽을 통과하는 탄젠트식 유입부를 통해 도관안에 유입시킴으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소용돌이 흐름이 상기 제 1 도관 단부에 인접해 있는 도관내에 배치된 방출헤드로부터 액체를 탄젠트식으로 방출시킴으로써 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
