Abstract

3상 유도 전동기의 결선변환을 간단하고 편리하게 할 수 있는 3상 유도 전동기의 결선 전환 장치에 관한 것으로 모터의 리드선과 리드선을 직접 연결할때 결선 변환시마다 리드선을 잇고 절연시키는 동작을 행하여야 하고 오접속의 우려도 발생하게 된다.
따라서 본 발명은 모터의 리드선을 아래받침(10)의 삽입편(31-36)에 연결하고 윗덮개(40)에는 전원선을 연결하는 한편 전기적 연결소자인 결합편(51-54)을 삽입시킨후 아래받침(10)의 아래맞춤홀(14, 15)과 윗덮개(40)의 윗맞춤홀(41-44)을 일치시켜 꽂아주는 동작만으로 결선을 변환시킬 수 있도록 한 것으로 손쉽고 간편하게 3상 유도 전동기의 결선을 오접속없이 변환시킬 수 있다.

제 1 도는 본 발명의 사시도, 제 2 도는 본 발명 아래받침의 평면도, 제 3 도는 본 발명 윗덮개의 평면도, 제 4 도의 (가)는 본 발명결선시 맞춤홀 위치를 나타낸 단면도, 제 4 도의 (나)는 본 발명 Y 결선시 맞춤홀 위치를 나타낸 단면도, 제 5 도의 (가)는 제 4 도의 (가)상태의 결합 단면도, 제 5 도의 (나)는 제 4 도의 (나)상태의 결합 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 공간(11)이 저면에 형성된 아래받침(109을 고정나사구멍(12, 13)을 이용하여 조인트 박스내에 고정시키되 리드선(U, V, W)은 나사(21-23)로 삽입편(31-33)에 고정시키는 한편 리드선(Z, X, Y)은 나사(24-26)로 삽입편(34-36)에 고정시켜 구성하고 상기 삽입편(31-36)은 윗덮개(40)의 하부에 나사(60-69)로 고정시킨 결합편(51-54)의 절곡부에 삽입되게 구성하되 결합편(51)과 결합편(52-54)은 전기적으로 절연시키고 결합편(52-54)에는 전원선(R. S. T)을 나사(67-69)로 결합시켜 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 3상 유도 전동기의 결선 전환 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 아래받침(10)의 중앙부 위에 아래맞춤(14, 15)을 뚫어주고 상기 아래맞춤홀(14, 15)의 대향된 위치의 윗덮개(40)에 윗맞춤홀(41, 42)을 뚫어 주는 한편 상기 윗맞춤홀(41, 42)의 상부에 결합편(52-54)의 절곡부 형성거리와 같은 거리를 두고 윗맞춤홀(43, 44)을 뚫어준 것을 특징으로 하는 3상 유도 전동기의 결선 전환 장치.
