Abstract
본 발명은 탄탈륨 고체 전해콘덴서의 소성 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 소성 제조방법에서 제조공정중에서 탄탈콘덴서의 정전 용량 출현율을 증대시키는 소성조건을 갖도록 한 탄탈륨 고체 전해콘덴서의 소성방법에 관한 것으로, 저농도의 질산망간 수용액이 탄탈소자의 기공 내부로의 침투율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 탄탈콘덴서의 제조공정 수행시 소성조건(소성온도, 소성시간)을 변경하여 질산망간 수용액의 침투율을 향상시켜, 정전용량 출현을 높이므로써 궁극적으로 탄탈콘덴서의 불량률을 제거하고, 생산성을 향상시키게 하는 탄탈륨 고체 전해콘덴서의 소성방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a firing production method of a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor, and more particularly, to a firing method of a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor having a firing condition for increasing the capacitance appearance rate of the tantalum capacitor during the manufacturing process. During the manufacturing process of the tantalum capacitor, the aqueous solution of manganese nitrate improves the penetration rate of the aqueous solution of manganese nitrate by changing the firing conditions (firing temperature, firing time) to improve the penetration rate of the tantalum element into the pores. The present invention relates to a firing method of a tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor which ultimately removes a defect rate of the tantalum capacitor and improves productivity.
