Abstract

본 발명은 액체 투과성 커버, 흡수체, 액체 불투과성 포옴 배플 및 흡수체를 포옴 배플에 결합시키는 열용융형 접착제층으로 이루어지는 흡수용품에 관한 것이다. 상기 배플은 두께가 약 0.51㎜ 내지 약 1.54㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0225ｇ/㎤ 내지 0.0962ｇ/㎤ 인 폴리올레핀 포옴이다.

Claims (19)

  1. (a) 액체 투과성 커버 ; (b) 흡수체 ; (c) 흡수체 대향 표면 및 가먼트 대향 표면을 갖는, 두께가 약 0.51㎜내지 약 1.54㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0225ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0962ｇ/㎤인 액체 불투과성 포옴 배플 ; 및 (d) 상기 흡수체를 상기 포옴에 결합하기 위해 상기 흡수체 대향 표면에 도포되는 열용융형 접착제층으로 이루어지는 흡수용품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포옴이 폴리올레핀 포옴인 흡수용품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 포옴이 폴리프로필렌인 흡수용품.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 포옴이 폴리에틸렌인 흡수용품.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 포옴이 두께가 약 0.76㎜ 내지 약 1.27㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0322ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0642ｇ/㎤ 인 흡수용품
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 포옴이 두께가 약 0.76㎜ 내지 약 1.02㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0354ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0482ｇ/㎤ 인 흡수용품
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 포옴에 도포되는 열용융형 접착제의 양이 약 1ｇ/㎡ 내지 약 15ｇ/㎡인 흡수용품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 포옴에 도포되는 열용융형 접착제의 양이 약 5ｇ/㎡ 내지 약 12ｇ/㎡인 흡수용품.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, (e) 상기 가먼트 대향 표면에 도포되는 약 10ｇ/㎡ 내지 약 40ｇ/㎡ 범위의 양인 압력 감지식 가먼트 접착제 ; 및 (f) 박리 스트립을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
  10. (a) 액체 투과성 커버 ; (b) 흡수체 ; (c) 흡수체 대향 표면 및 가먼트 대향 표면을 갖는, 두께가 약 0.51㎜내지 약 1.54㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0225ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0962ｇ/㎤인 폴리올레핀 포옴 배플 ; 및 (d) 상기 흡수체를 상기 포옴에 결합하기 위해 상기 흡수체 대향 표면에 도포되는 열용융형 접착제층으로 이루어지는 흡수용품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 포옴이 폴리프로필렌인 흡수용품.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 포옴이 폴리에틸렌인 흡수용품.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 포옴이 두께가 약 0.76㎜ 내지 약 1.27㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0322ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0642ｇ/㎤ 인 흡수용품
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 포옴이 두께가 약 0.76㎜ 내지 약 1.02㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0354ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0482ｇ/㎤ 인 흡수용품
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 포옴에 도포되는 열용융형 접착제의 양이 약 1ｇ/㎡ 내지 약 15ｇ/㎡인 흡수용품.

  18. (a) 액체 투과성 커버 ; (b) 흡수체 ; (c) 흡수체 대향 표면 및 가먼트 대향 표면을 갖는, 두께가 약 0.76㎜내지 약 1.02㎜이고, 밀도가 약 0.0354ｇ/㎤ 내지 약 0.0482ｇ/㎤인 액체 불투과성의 폴리에틸렌 포옴 배플 ; 및 (d) 상기 흡수체를 상기 포옴에 결합하기 위해 상기 흡수체 대향 표면에 도포되는 열용융형 접착제층으로 이루어지는 팬티 라이너.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, (e) 상기 가먼트 대향 표면에 도포되는 약 10ｇ/㎡ 내지 약 40ｇ/㎡ 범위의 양인 압력 감지식 가먼트 접착제 ; 및 (f) 박리 스트립을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 팬티 라이너.
