Abstract

본 발명은 자기유도가열(INDUCTION HEATING)방식인 일명 IH용 전기보온밥솥의 내통체 제조방법에 관한 발명으로서, 종래의 스테인레스강판에 불소수지를 코팅하거나 또는 스테인레스강판과 알루미늄합금속의 이중금속을 강제 접합하여 내통체를 형성하고 이들의 내측면으로 밥눌음방지용의 불소수지를 코팅접착처리한 것이 있으나, 전자의 경우 스테인레스강판에는 불소수지 코팅 접착력 및 내구성이 약하거나 후자의 경우 물성이 각기 다른 두 금속을 접합하기가 용이하지 않아 가공시 고정불량이 많이 발생할 뿐 아니라, 이는 고도의 기술을 요하는 부분으로 가공비가 많이 소요되고 또한 원자재가 많이 요구되는 것이어서 저렴한 가격으로 양질의 제품을 제공하지 못하는 문제점이 있었던 것으로서, 본 발명은 이러한 점에 착안하여 내통체를 스테인레스강만을 이용하고 이에 요철면을 형성한 다음, 요철면에 세라믹파우더를 고온의 노즐을 이용 분사 압착시키는 방법으로 하여 줌으로써 종전의 코팅방법에 비해 고도의 기술이 요구되지 않으면서도 간편하게 내통체를 형성할 수 있어 원자재 절감은 물론 양질의 제품을 저렴한 가격으로 다량생산할 수 있는 효과를 지닌 내통체 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the inner cylinder of the electric insulation rice cooker for IH, which is an induction heating method, which is a conventional stainless steel plate coated with a fluorine resin or a forced joining of a double metal of a stainless steel plate and an aluminum alloy metal.
