Abstract

본 발명은 난방 온수겸용 보일러의 배관 시스템에 관한 것으로, 난방 온수겸용 보일러에서 난방부하를 가열하는 대순환 회로와 온수를 사용하는 소순환 회로를 구성함에 있어서, 난방부하에 난방수를 공급하는 출수관(17)에 바이패스관(14)이 연결되어 이 바이패스관(14)이 순환수를 열교환기(5)에 순환시키기 위한 난방배관(6)에 연결되고, 순환수의 차압에의해 열림량이 조절되는 조절변(2)이 상기 바이패스관(14)의 일측부에 연결되며, 난방부하로부터 난방수가 환수되는 환수관(18)이 상기 난방배관(6)에 연결되고, 환수관(18)의 일단부에 그 환수관(18)을 개폐하는 개폐변(1)이 설치된 구성으로 되어 있으며, 이러한 본 발명은 2방향 밸브인 개폐변과, 조절변을 사용하여 고가의 삼방변의 역할을 대신할 수 있게 됨으로써 우선 제품의 가격을 절감할 수 있고, 간단한 구조이므로 고장을 감소시켜 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 배관 막힘 등에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있어서, 기기의 사용 편리성, 내구성을 향상시키는 이점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 난방 온수겸용 보일러에서 난방부하를 가열하는 대순환 회로와 온수를 사용하는 소순환 회로를 구성함에 있어서, 난방부하에 난방수를 공급하는 출수관(17)에 바이패스관(14)이 연결되어 이 바이패스관(14)이 순환수를 열교환기(5)에 순환시키기 위한 난방배관(6)에 연결되고, 순환수의 차압에 의해 열림량이 조절되는 조절변(2)이 상기 바이패스관(14)의 일측부에 연결되며, 난방부하로부터 난방수가 환수되는 환수관(18)이 상기 난방배관(6)에 연결되고, 환수관(18)의 일단부에 그 환수관(18)을 개폐하는 개폐변(1)이 설치되어 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 난방 온수겸용 보일러의 배관 시스템.
  2. 상기 개폐변(1)은 자동변 또는 수동변인 것을 특징으로 하는 난방 온수겸용 보일러의 배관 시스템.
  3. 상기 조절변(2)은 탄성 조절변, 자중식 조절변 또는 역지변인 것을 특징으로 하는 난방 온수겸용 보일러의 배관 시스템.
