Abstract
본 발명은 통상의 연질 PVC 소재로 글씨 또는 그림모양의 어플리캐를 금형화하고 섬유표면에 부착시키고자 하는 부위에 접착침투제를 분사도포하는 단계와, 받침틀의 슬라이드 기판 위에 어플리캐를 부착시킬 섬유표면을 올려 놓고 그 표면의 적당한 부위에 상기 어플리캐를 배열하는 단계와, 고주파를 위한 전극판과 가열판이 장착된 상부틀을 상기 슬라이드 기판 위에 놓여 있는 어플리캐가 배열된 섬유표면으로 이동시켜서 어플리캐가 배열된 섬유표면을 동시에 압압시키는 단계로 이루어지는 섬유표면에 어플리캐 모형을 부착하는 방법인 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 방법으로 만들어진 어플리캐 모형이 부착된 섬유는 착용감이 부드럽고, 외관형상이 아름다우며, 장기간 사용시에도 어플리캐가 탈피하지 않아 스포츠용품이나 유아복 등에 유용한 특징이 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 어플리캐 모형을 부착시킨 섬유의 일례를 나타낸 사시도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 수행하기 위한 어플리캐 모형의 부착장치의 측면도이다.
Claims (4)
- 통상의 연질 PCV 소재로 글씨 또는 그림모양의 어플리캐를 금형화하고 섬유표면에 부착시키고자 하는 부위에 접착침투제를 분사도포하는 단계와, 받침틀의 슬라이드 기판 위에 어플리캐를 부착시킬 섬유를 올려 놓고 그 표면의 적당한 부위에 상기 어플리캐를 배열하는 단계와, 고주파를 위한 전극판과 가열판이 장착된 상부틀을 상기 슬라이드 기판 위에 놓여 있는 어플리캐가 배열된 섬유표면으로 이동시켜서 어플리캐가 배열된 섬유표면을 동시에 압압시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 어플리캐 모형의 부착방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착침투제는 0.3중량% 내지 0.5중량%를 도포시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 약 32 내지 37℃로 유지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유표면의 압압시에는 27 내지 28MH의 고주파와 약 60 내지 70℃의 가열과 약 1.5톤 내지 2.0톤의 압력하에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
