Abstract

본 발명은 초기 중합단계와 완성 중합단계를 거치는 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 씨앗 라텍스를 합성하고는 초기 중합단계 또는 입자를 키워나가는 완성 중합단계에서 하이드록시기를 갖는 가교제를 투입하는 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법으로서 섬유와의 접착력 및 내수강도를 증가시킨 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 초기 중합단계(Pre-Polymerization)와 완성 중합단계(finish-polymerization)를 거치는 카르복시산 모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 씨앗(seed) 라텍스를 합성하고는 초기 중합단계 또는 입자를 키워 나가는 완성 중합단계에서 하이드록시기를 갖는 가교제를 투입하는 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 백본(backbone) 라텍스의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 초기 중합단계에서 1~5중량부의 가교제, 0.5~2.0중량부의 카르복시산, 0.5~1.0중량부의 아크릴산, 2~8중량부의 스티렌, 10~20중량부의 부타디엔, 2.0~6.0중량부의 메틸메타크릴레이트, 0.1~1.0중량부의 티 도데실 메캅탄 및 적정의 첨가제를 투입하여 중합시키고 완성 중합단계에서 25~45중량부의 부타디엔, 20~40중량부의 스티렌, 5~15중량부의 메틸메타크릴레이트, 0.5~1.0중량부의 아크릴산, 0.1~1.0중량부의 티 도데실 메캅탄을 투입하여 합성하는 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 가교제가 엔 메칠올 아크릴아마이드인 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 초기 중합단계에서 0.5~2.0중량부의 카르복시산, 0.5~1.0중량부의 아크릴산, 4~10중량부의 스티렌, 10~20중량부의 부타디엔, 2.0~4.0중량부의 메틸메타크릴레이트, 0.1~1.0중량부의 티 도데실 메캅탄 및 적정의 첨가제를 투입하여 중합시키고 완성 중합단계에서 1~5중량부의 가교제, 25~45중량부의 부타디엔, 20~40중량부의 스티렌, 5~15중량부의 메틸메타크릴레이트, 0.5~1.0중량부의 아크릴산, 0.1~1.0중량부의 티 도데실 메캅탄을 투입하여 합성하는 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 가교제가 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트인 카르복시산모노머-스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법.
