Abstract

큰폭의 측벽과 작은폭의 단벽을 가지는 구형 단면의 주형과; 주형의 측벽에 연하여 배치된 코어와 코어의 주위에 감긴 코일로 구성되고 주형의 측벽을 횡단하는 방향으로 자기장을 가하는 전자기석과; 주형의 폭을 변경하는 폭 변경장치 및 주형을 냉각하는 냉각상자를 지지하는 지지프레임으로서, 주형과 전자기석을 포위하여 연재하고 전자기석의 코어에 접속되어서 전자기석의 자로를 형성하는 지지프레임으로 구성되는 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이킹 장치.

Claims (6)

  1. 큰폭의 측벽과 작은폭의 단벽을 가지는 구형단면의 주형과, 상기 주형의 측벽에 연하여 배치된 코어와 상기 코어의 주위에 감긴 코일로 구성되고 상기 주형의 측벽을 횡단하는 방향으로 자기장을 가하는 전자기석과, 상기 주형의 폭을 변경하는 폭변경수단 및 상기 주형을 냉각하는 냉각상자를 지지하는 지지프레임이며, 상기 주형 및 상기 전자기석을 포위하여 연재하고 상기 전자기석의 코어에 접속되어서 상기 전자기석의 자로를 형성하는 지지프레임으로 구성된 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 지지프레임과 일체적으로 접속된 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이킹 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어는 상기 지지프레임과 분리가능하게 접속된 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이킹 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지프레임은 강자성체로 만들어진 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이킹 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지프레임은 상기 주형 중심부에서 2000-5000가우스의 자속밀도를 발생시키기에 충분한 단면적을 가지는 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이킹 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일은 상기 측벽과 상기 지지프레임과의 사이의 전 간격에 걸쳐서 상기 코어의 주위에 감긴 연속주조 주형의 전자기 브레이킹 장치.
