Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성수지를 통상의 방법으로 일반사출처리하여 치솔 본체를 제조한 후 천연고무 또는 합성고무와 스로모크로믹 화합물(thermo chromic compound)의 혼합물을 치솔본체 표면에 210~215℃에서 3~5초간 압축하고 수냉하여 제조한 38℃ 이상의 이상체온감지기능을 갖는 치솔 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 열가소성 수지를 사출성형하여 치솔본체(1)를 제조한 후, 천연고무 및/또는 합성고무와 안료의 혼합물 95~99중량%와 스로모크로믹 화합물 1~5중량%를 혼합한 혼합물을 치솔본체(1) 표면에 210~215℃에서 3~5초간 압출성형하여 이상체온 감지부(2)를 형성하고 손잡이부에는 돌기(3)를 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 이상체온 감지기능을 갖는치솔의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 스로모크로믹 화합물은 38℃ 이상에서 2~3분내에 변색되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 치솔의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 방법으로 제조된 치솔.
