Abstract

본 발명은 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 열가소성 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지의 조성을 새롭게 조정하고 여기에 무기충전제 등을 첨가하여, 용융점이 낮고 강도가 우수하며 특히, 고결시간이 길어지고 작업성이 양호하므로 정형외과용 기브스 재료 등으로 유용한 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지조성물에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 수평균 분자량이 20,000~35,000인 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지 (A) 30-70 중량부와 수평균 분자량이 10,000~15,000인 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지(B) 20~50 중량부 및 무기충전재 1~20 중량부가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지조성물.
    상기식에서, R은 지방족 디올로서 프로필렌글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 디에티렌글리콜, 네오펜틸글리콜 또는 1,6-헥산디올이고, R′은 지방족 산기로서 석신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 수베르산, 아제르산 또는 세바스산이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지(A)와 (B)는 각각 그 용융온도가 55~65℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 지방족 폴리에스테르 수지조성물.
