본 발명은 차량용 변속기에 있어서, 변속시에 이루어지는 동기작동을 제어하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 경우 싱크로메시기구가 싱크로나이저링과 변속기어와의사이에서 마차력이 전달되도록 하되 그 구조가 싱크로나이저링의 내주면과 변속기어의 콘부사이 일측에서만 마찰력이 전달되게 이루어져 있어 전달되는 마찰력에 불균형이 초래하는 경우, 슬리이브, 싱크로나이저링 및 변속기어 사이에서 소음, 진동 등이 발생하기도 하고 조작자의 미숙에 의하여 작동중 싱크로나이저링에 결함이 발생하거나 파손을 초래하여 변속기 조작에 악영향을 끼치게 되고 결국 싱크로나이저링을 교체하거나 좀더 심한 경우에는 변속기 자체를 교체하여야 하는 정도로 막대한 경제적 손실을 끼치고 있는바, 본 발명은 이와같은 종래문제점을 해소하고자 변속기어와 함께 회전할 수 있도록 분리형성한 콘부의 내외측에 테이퍼면을 형성하고 콘부의 내외측엔 내외측 싱크로나이저링을 결합하여 슬리이브에 의한 변속작동시 내외측 싱크로나이저리이 콘부의 내외측 테이퍼면을 동시에 가압마찰이 이루어질 수 있도록한 변속기의 동기제어 방법 및 장치를 제공하여 동기작동시 마찰력의 증대에 의한 변속조작의 용이성, 확실성 및 원활함을 얻을 수 있고 작동중에 소음, 진동, 결합의 발생가능성을 극감시키며 내구성 향상이 가능하도록 하는데 그 특징이 있다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling a synchronous operation during a shift in a vehicle transmission.
