Abstract
본 발명은 온도센서로 가열실의 흡기구 및 배기구의 온도를 검출하면서 가열시간을 설정하여 음식물을 자동으로 가열 및 조리하는 것으로서 종래에는 가열실의 흡기구에 설치된 온도센서가 검출하는 대기온도에 따라 보상온도증가분을 설정하여 음식물을 가열하였으므로 음식물의 연속조리시 흡입구의 온도가 실제의 대기 온도보다 일정 온도오차만큼 높은 값으로 보상온도증가분을 설정하고, 이 보상온도증가분을 이용하여 1차가열 및 추가가열을 수행하여 음식물의 전체 가열시간이 증가하게 되고, 이로 인하여 음식물이 과도하게 가열되어 음식물의 조리성능이 악화됨은 물론 필요없이 많은 전력이 소모되었다.The present invention is to automatically heat and cook food by setting the heating time while detecting the temperature of the inlet and exhaust ports of the heating chamber with a temperature sensor.
