Abstract
본 발명은 복합철판파형관의 접합시공방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 제 1 파형관(1)과 제 2 파형관(1')과의 이음매부분에 대해 그 외측둘레를 따라 히터열을 가하여 용융시키고, 이 용융부분을 따라 210 내지 250℃ 온도로 용해된 압출용액(3)을 붙임과 동시에 그 외형을 정형시킨후, 5 내지 10분간 자연경화시켜서 제 1 파형관(1)과 제 2 파형관(1')과의 이음매부분을 일체로 접합시공시킨 것을 특징으로 되어 있기 때문에 온도변화와 토압에 의해서 이음매 접합부분이 파열 및 균열됨을 방지함과 따라 누유 및 누수현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

제 1 도는 본 발명에 있어서 접합시공하기전 상태의 복합철판파형관을 일부절결하여 도시한 분리도, 제 2 도는 본 발명에 있어서 접합시공된 상태의 복합철판파형관을 일부절결하여 도시한 결합도.
Claims (3)
- 제 1 파형관(1)과 제 2 파형관(1')과의 이음매부분에 대해 그 외측둘레를 따라 히터열을 가하여 용융시키고, 이 용융부분을 따라 210 내지 250℃ 온도로 용해된 압출용액(3)을 붙임과 동시에 그 외형을 정형시킨후, 5 내지 10분간 자연경화시켜서 제 1 파형관(1)과 제 2 파형관(1')과의 이음매부분을 일체로 접합시공시킨것을 특징으로 하는 복합철판파형관의 접합시공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출용액(3)은 폴리에틸렌 80 내지 90%, 색소 2 내지 5%, 첨가제 10 내지 20%가 혼합된 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합철판파형관의 접합시공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압출용액(3)은 폴리에틸렌 95 내지 98%, 색소 2 내지 5%가 혼합된 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합철판파형관의 접합시공방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
