Abstract

본 발명은 열수축 부재의 모서리 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 열수축 시이트재와 합성섬유, 고분자 중합체의 융착공정이 끝난후 생산된 열수축부재에 모서리를 제조하기 위해 모서리 제조장치에 각기 각도와 가열온도를 달리하는 다수의 롤(Roll)을 배열하여 가열 및 냉각의 연속적 제조로 열수축 부재의 모서리를 제조하도록 된 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 열수축 부재의 모서리 제조 방법에 있어서, 모서리 제조장치에 일정간격으로 배열된 각기 다른 온도와 각도를 구성된 롤로구성된 제조수단(40)과 열수축 부재를 이송하도록 된 이송수단(20), 동력전달수단(30)로써 열수축 부재의 모서리 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 모서리 제조장치에 있어서, 모서리 제조장치(10)에 각각 이송수단(20), 제조수단(40)를 구성하되, 이송수단(20)에는 캐터필터(21)와 기어(22), 플레이트(23)를 구성하고 제조수단(40)에는 압축공기를 공급하는 압축기(41)와 히터(42),가열 압축된 공기를 분배하는 분배기(43), 다수의 노즐(44), (45)과 롤프레임(40)에 0°∼60°까지 절곡된 다수의 가열롤(46)과 냉각롤(47)을 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 열수축 부재의 모서리 제조장치.
