Abstract
이 발명은 노트북 퍼스널 컴퓨터용 전원공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 컨버터 설계시 스위칭 소자를 두개를 이용해 병렬로 운용할때 두 스위칭 소자의 오프시 소자간의 적은 오차로 인해 전압 불균형이 일어나는 것을 막기위해 스너버 회로의 콘덴서를 용량이 큰 것으로 사용하여야 하는 문제점이 있으므로 종래 스너버 회로의 콘덴서가 스위칭 소자인 트랜지스터의 소오스에 연결된 것을 트랜지스터의 게이트에 연결시킴으로써 같은 용량의 콘덴서에 대해 전류 이득 만큼의 더 큰 용량을 얻을 수 있으므로 콘덴서를 소오스에 연결하는 것보다 게이트에 연결하면 작은 콘덴서를 사용하므로 소형화가 가능한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
