유압실린더를 이용한 스프링 압축 피로 시험기를 제작함에 있어서, 유압실린더의 한측단에 발란스 웨이트를 설치하여 스프링 압축 피로 시험기 작동시 소요되는 에너지가 절약되게 한 것으로서 시험기본체(1)에 검출기(2)가 설치되어 이것이 제어기(3)을 경유, 서보밸브(4)에 연결하고 서보밸브(4)는 시험스프링(S)를 압축하는 액츄에이터(5)와 유압유니트(6)에 연결된 스프링 압축 시험기에 있어서, 상판(7)과 베드(8) 사이에 수개로 조립할 수 있는 발란스 웨이트(A) (B)를 설치하며 상부의 발란스 웨이트(A)에 액츄에이터(5)를 결합 설치시키게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 발란스 웨이트를 이용한 스프링 압축 피로 시험기.In manufacturing a spring compression fatigue tester using a hydraulic cylinder, a balance weight is installed at one end of the hydraulic cylinder to save energy required for operating the spring compression fatigue tester, and a detector (2) is installed in the test body (1).
