Abstract

본 발명은 4계절 활용할 수 있는 인조설의 제조방법으로 최대흡수능이 50~100배인 고흡수성수지, 물 및 1,3-디메틸-2-플로로피리디늄-4-톨루엔술포네이트 분산제의 혼합물로 구성된 수용성 겔을 냉동바닥위에 고압가스와 함께 노즐로 분사, 동결시키는 것이며 경시에 따른 설질 변화가 없는 양호한 실내 스키장을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 고흡수성수지, 물 및 분산제의 혼합물로 구성된 수용성 겔을 냉동 바닥위에 고압가스와 함께 노즐로 분사, 동결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조설 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고흡수성수지가 폴리아크릴산염, 비닐알콜과 아크릴산염의 공중합체, 이소부티렌과 무수말레인산의 공중합체, 또는 폴리아미이드 인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조설 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 또는 2항에 있어서, 고흡수성수지는 최대 흡수능이 50∼100배인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조설 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 1, 3-디메틸-2-플로로피리디늄-4-톨루엔술포네이트(1, 3-dimethyl-2-fluropyridinium-4-tolunesulfonate)인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조설 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 4항에 있어서, 분산제의 함량이 고흡수성수지에 대해 0.1∼10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 인조설 제조방법.
