이 발명은 종래 흑연분말, 도전성 카본 블랙 및 수지로된 면상 발열체용 도료의 문제점인 제조공정의 복잡성을 개선하고 면직물에의 부착력을 향상시키면서 요구하는 발열효과를 낼수 있는 발열도료를 제공하는 것임. 도료는 흑연분말, 도전성 카본 블랙 및 수지로된 조성물에 원적외선 방사세락믹 저항 안정성 필러 및 커플링제를 배합하여서 된 것임, 원적외선 방사 기능 세라믹과 커플링제 및 저항 안정성 필러의 사용에 의하여 면적물에의 부착력이 우수하고 발열온도가 높으며 초기 저항에 대한 저항치 변화율이 적어서 안정된 발열 도막을 형성함.The present invention provides an exothermic coating that can produce the required exothermic effect while improving the complexity of the manufacturing process, which is a problem of the conventional planar heating element paint made of graphite powder, conductive carbon black and resin, and improving adhesion to the cotton fabric.
