본 발명은 폴리에테르에스테르 블럭공중합체를 이용, 용융방사법으로 탄성체 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 고도의 탄성 및 신장회복헝을 갖으면서 습열 및 일반 열처리하에서도 사의 기계적물성이 저하됨이 없는 탄성체 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 하드세그먼트로서 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산 및 이의 유도체를 사용하고, 폴리에테르를 소프트세그먼트로 하여 하드세그먼트/소프트세그먼트의 중량분율이 10/90~30/70인 폴리에테르에스테르계 블럭공중합체를 제조함에 있어서, 각 블럭공중합체에 하기 일반식(I)로 표시되는 에스테르형성성 3관능성 화합물을 첨가된 방향족카르복실산 성분에 대해 0.1~0.5몰% 첨가해서 얻어지는 탄성체물을 용융방사하여 하기식(II)로 나타내는 범위에서 연신한 후 계속해서 이완 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성체 섬유의 제조방법.The present invention is a method for producing an elastomeric fiber using a polyether ester block copolymer in the production of elastomeric fiber by melt spinning method, having high elasticity and elongation recovery, without deteriorating the mechanical properties of the yarn even under wet heat and general heat treatment.
