Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에텔에스터(Polyetherester)계 블럭공중합체를 이용, 용융방사법으로 탄성체 섬유을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로. 소프트세그먼트 함량을 높이면서도 섬유내부에 미량의 화학적 가교결합을 유도함으로써 고무상 망목구조의 교락점 역할을 향상시킴과 동시에 결정화도의 감소를 보완하기 위해 결정핵제를 첨가하여 하드세그먼트의 결정화를 촉진시켜 결정화도를 향상시킴으로써 교락점의 기능이 증대되어 우수한 탄성 특성을 갖는 탄성체섬유을 제공하려는 것으로 방향쪽 폴리에스터를 하드세그먼트로 하고 폴리에테르를 소프트세크먼트로 하여 하드세그먼트/소프트세그먼트의 중량분율이 10/90∼30/70인 폴리에틸렌에스터계 블럭공중합체를 제조함에 있어서, 각 블럭공중합체에 하기일반식(I)로 나타내는 에스터형성성 3관능성 화합물과 하기 일반식(II)로 나타나는 결정핵제를 하기 일반식(III)으로 나타나는 량을 첨가해서 용융방사하여 얻어지는 폴리에텔에스터계 탄성체 섬유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing elastomeric fibers by melt spinning using a polyetherester-based block copolymer.
