Abstract
본 발명에 따르면 N-벤질옥시카르보닐-L-아스파르트산을 N-벤질옥시카르보닐-L-아스파르트산 1몰당 2-4몰의 포름알데히드와 산 촉매의 존재하에 용매중에서 반응시켜 (S)-3-벤질옥시카르보닐-5-옥소-4-옥사졸리딘 아세트산을 제조하고, 이를 과량의 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르와 반응시켜 N-벤질옥시카르보닐-α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 얻고, 이어 N-벤질옥시카르보닐기를 탈보호기 반응에 의해 제거하여 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 얻는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르의 제조방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 방법은 기존의 화학적 방법에 의해 α-APM을 제조할 경우 부산물로서 생기는 β-APM을 포함한 기타 불순물을 제거하기 위한 분리, 정제 공정을 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 제조공정이 단순해지고 제조원가가 절감되는 등 산업적 이용가치가 높다.

Claims (3)
- N-벤질옥시카르보닐-L-아스파르트산을 N-벤질옥시카르보닐-L-아스파르트산 1몰당 2-4몰의 포름알데히드와 산 촉매의 존재하에 용매중에서 반응시켜 (S)-3-벤질옥시카르보닐-5-옥소-4-옥사졸리딘 아세트산을 제조하고, 이를 과량의 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르와 반응시켜 N-벤질옥시카르보닐-α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 얻고, 이어 N-벤질옥시카르보닐기를 탈보호기 반응에 의해 제거하여 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 얻는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 α-L-아스파르틸-L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, (S)-3-벤질옥시카르보닐-5-옥소-4-옥사졸리딘 아세트산 1몰에 대해 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 2-10몰 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 과량의 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르는 유기용매로 추출하여 사용하거나 산 가수분해시켜 L-페닐알라닌으로 전환시켜 재사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
