Abstract

본 발명에 따르면, 세포디짐을 물중에서 나트륨 공여체인 나트륨 형태의 약산성 양이온 교환 수지로 처리하고 이어 유기용매로 결정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포디짐으로부터 세포디짐 이나트륨을 제조하는 방법이 제공된다. 상기 약산성 양이온 이온교환수지는 다이아이온(DIAION) WK-11, WK-100, 앰버라이트(AMBERLITE) IRC-50 등이 사용되며, 결정화 유기용매로는 이소프로판올, 에탄올 또는 이들의 혼합용매가 물량의 약 10배의 양으로 사용된다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 세포디짐 이나트륨염을 간단한 방법으로 고수율로 수득할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 7β-[2-(2-아미노티아졸-4-일)-2-신(syn)-메톡시이미노아세트아미도]-3-(5-카복시메틸-4-메틸-1,3-티아졸-2-일-티오메틸)세프-3-엠-4-카복실산(세포디짐)으로부터 세포디짐 이나트륨을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 세포디짐을 물중에서 나트륨 공여체인 나트륨 형태의 약산성 양이온 교환수지로 처리하고 이어 유기용매로 결정화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약산성 양이온 교환수지는 다이아이온(DIAION) WK-11, WK-100, 앰버라이트(AMBERLITE) IRC-50을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결정화 유기용매는 이소프로판올, 에탄올 또는 이들의 혼합용매로부터 선택되며 물량의 약 10배의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
