Abstract
자동차의 주행도로의 경사각도를 감지하여 어느 설정된 각도이상 경사를 이루고 있을 경우 자동차의 속도와 무관하게 해당하는 기어로 변속동작이 즉시 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 신속한 기어변속으로 자동차의 출력을 효율적으로 하여 자동차의 승차감을 향상시키기 위하여; 경사진 경사각도에 따라 가변저항의 값이 가변되어 출력전압이 변동되는 경사 감지부와; 상기 경사 감지부와 연결되어 경사 감지부에서 출력되는 전압을 검출하여 전압의 변동상태를 판단하고, 전압의 변동상태가 어느 설정된 시간이상 유지될때 주행도로의 경사도를 판단하고, 어느 설정된 각도 이상 주행도로가 경사를 이루고 있을 경우 내리막 길과 오르막 길에 따라 각각 해당하는 기어를 선택하여 변속하고, 점화시기와 연료량을 보정하는 제어부와; 상기 제어부와 연결되어 주행도로에 어느 설정된 이상의 각도를 이루고 있을 경우 제어부의 제어신호에 의하여 해당하는 기어를 변속하는 변속장치와; 제어부와 연결되어 점화시기와 연료량을 주행도로의 경사각도에 따라 보정하여 분사하는 분사장치로 이루어져 있는 주행도로에 따른 변속 제어장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것.Detects the angle of inclination of the driving road of the car and makes the gear shifting operation immediately with the corresponding gear regardless of the speed of the car when the car is inclined more than a certain angle.
