Abstract
본 발명은 접착제를 도포시킨 부품을 타결합제에 접착시키기 위해 무거운 블록등을 재치시켜 일정시간을 경과시키는데 블록재치 시종점을 일정케하고 부품에 따른 경화시간 장단을 조절할 수 있도록 한 접착제 도포 경화용 시간조절장치에 관한 것으로 일정시간 일정간격으로 연속 회동하는 턴테이블(9) 상측에 다수개의 블록재치부(19)(19')를 형성하고, 블록재치부(19)(19')중 한곳에는 부품공급부(10)를 장설하고 그 일측에 접착제 도포부(11)를 설치하고 그 다음 블록시점과 접착완료종점 양측에 프레임(1)(1')으로 지지되고 로드실린더(7)로 왕복 이송되는 이송부(18)를 설치한 접착제 도포 경화용 시간조절장치이다.

Claims (3)
- 일정시간 일정간격으로 연속회동하는 텐테이블(9) 상측에 다수개의 블록재치부(19)(19')를 형성하고, 블록재치부(19)(19')중 한곳에는 부품공급부(10)를 장설하고 그 일측에 접착제 도포부(11)를 설치하고 그다음 블록시점과 접착완료종점 양측에 프레임(1)(1')으로 지지되고 로드실린더(7)로 왕복 이송되는 이송부(18)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 도포경화용 시간조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 이송부(18)는 양측프레임(1)(1') 사이를 지지봉(3)으로 지지고정하고 그 하측에는 가이드봉(2)(2')을 설치하여 이에 볼부쉬(5)를 형성 에어실린더(12)로 슬라이드되는 슬라이더보디(4)를 장설하고, 이송부(18) 저면측에는 브라켓트(14)로 가이드봉(13)에 지지되고 로드실린더 (7)로 부품(15)을 취부할 수 있는 핑거 (6)를 부설시킨 접착제 도포경화용 시간조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 이송부(8) 지지프레임(1)(1') 간격 및 위치를 조정하여 사이에 게재되는 블록재치부(19)(19') 수를 조정하여 접착제 경화시간을 조절하도록 된 접착제 도포경화용 시간조절장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
