The present invention relates to a liquefied gas container used to compress and liquefy butane gas, etc., in particular, means for preventing explosion of the container when the internal pressure of the container is changed to an abnormal high pressure state by an external heat source. It relates to this liquefied gas container.

For example, butane cans as a typical liquefied gas container, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a mounting cup 20 is coupled to an upper portion of the container body 10, and a valve housing ( 30) and the gasket 50 which opens and closes the stem 40 and the stem 40 which are piled up by the spring 60, are assembled to the gasket 50 only when the stem 40 is pressed together with the fifth degree. The gas filled inside the blocked orifice 44 is arranged to be ejected by the internal gas pressure (3.5 to 4.5 kg / cm 2 ).

The butane cans are mainly filled with a mixed gas of n-butane and propane, and the vapor pressure changes depending on the mixing ratio of the butane can. The heat of vaporization is required for the ejection, but if the heat is not sufficiently supplied to the outside, the heat is removed from the frame and the liquid temperature is lowered, the pressure is lowered, and residual gas is left. This phenomenon is severe in winter.

If residual gas remains in the canned butane can, the external temperature is low, and the residual gas may remain due to lack of vaporization heat. However, if the user shakes the can and there is a very small amount, the can is discarded and a new can is used again. In addition, it may be thrown away even though there is much fuel by carelessness.

Therefore, whatever the cause, if the butane can with residual gas is heated by incineration, fire or other causes, the residual gas expands and the internal pressure of the butane can rapidly rises. There was always a danger because it could not be overcome and exploded.

In order to prevent such an accidental explosion of butane cans, the conventionally conceived examples include "Safety device for gas pressure vessels" (hereinafter referred to as "quoting technology") disclosed in Korean Utility Model Publication, Publication No. 90-455.

The above cited technology is designed to prevent the discarded butane can from being exploded by an external heat source, and when the contents are exhausted and the internal pressure is reduced, the injection hole is naturally opened by a spring action of a separately configured valve. The valve device is installed on the bottom plate of the can, and the elongated pipe is connected from the valve device of the bottom plate to the injection port of the upper part, which is not only complicated but also the internal pressure of the can due to the strong spring or low external temperature of the valve device In this case, although there is a large amount of fuel, there is a problem that the nozzle is opened and there is a dye to release the fuel, and if the butane can is discarded even though there is enough fuel inside due to user's carelessness, the explosion cannot be prevented. It was inherent.

In view of the problems of the prior art as described above, butane cans need to be opened before the butane cans are ruptured and exploded by internal pressure when the butane cans are heated by external heat sources.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the small diameter portion is formed in the emergency passage.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the temperature-sensitive shielding means is composed of a soluble element of a melting temperature of 90 ± 2 ℃.
