Abstract
본 발명은 제어기 자체에서 교차로의 교통현황을 파악하고 예측하여 교통신호등을 직접 제어하게 함으로써 교통량 과포화 상태의 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 지능형 및 인공지능형 시스템에 적당하도록한 교통신호 제어기에 관한 것으로, 종래의 교통시호 제어기에 있어서서는 관제센터로부터 제어정보를 전송받아 신호등의 구동을 제어하게 되어있으므로 제어기 자체에서 모순상태 발생에 대응할 수 없고, 해당 교차로으 교통현황을 자체적으로 파악, 예측할 수 없게되어 차량의 과포화 상태를 미연에 방지할수 없었다.The present invention relates to a traffic signal controller capable of preventing the occurrence of traffic saturation in advance by grasping and predicting the traffic status of an intersection at the controller itself and controlling traffic signals directly, and suitable for intelligent and artificial intelligence systems. 이러한 점을 감안하여, 차량검지부의 차량검지신호를 차량검지제어부에서 소정주기로 입력받아 자체적으로 교통정보신호를 구하여 관제센터에 전송하고, 관제센터 제어모드인 경우에 관제센터로부터 제어정보를 전송받은 후 내부 통신장치를 통해 구동제어부에 인가하여 신호등의 구동을 제어하고, 자체 대응모든인 경우나 모순상태 검출시에는 상기 차량검지제어부에서 구한 교통정보신호를 근거로 상기 내부 통신장치를 통해 상기 구동제어부에 제어정보를 직접공급하여 신호등의 구동을 제어하며, 신호등의 모순상태는 상기 구동 제어부에서 소프트웨어적으로 검출하여 그에 대한 조치를 취함과 아울러 상기 내부 통신장치를 통해 상기 차량검지제어부에 전송할수 있게 한 것이다.In consideration of this, the vehicle detection signal of the vehicle detection unit is input at a predetermined period from the vehicle detection control unit to obtain a traffic information signal of its own and transmit it to the control center, and in the control center control mode, after receiving control information from the control center.
