외력에 대응하여 발생된 물체의 변형을 내장된 전기저항체인 스트레인 게이지로 전달되도록 하여 이에 따른 저항 변화를 감지하여 물체의 하중을 측정할 수 있는 내장형 하중 감지기에 관한 것으로 시험기의 기둥(1)을 하중 센서의 감지부로 하여 감지부의 외주에 원주 방향으로 2개, 축 방향으로 2개 부착된 스트레인지 게이지(SG1, SG2, SG3, SG4)를 휘스톤 브리지로 회로구성하여 시험편 또는 시험대상기기(2)에 걸리는 하중을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내장형 하중감지 센서.It is a built-in load sensor that can measure the load of an object by transmitting the deformation of an object generated in response to an external force to a strain gauge, which is a built-in electrical resistance body, and thus measuring the resistance change.
