Abstract

스케일의 중량을 가볍게 하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 합성 수지등의 압출에 의하여 길이 방향 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 중공부(8)가 형성된 스케일 본체(6)를 성형한다. 스케일 본체(6)의 길이 방향의 양단의 개구부에는 뚜껑(28)이 착탈이 자유롭도록 끼워 맞춤하였고, 이 뚜껑(28)에 중공부(8) 내의 공기의 열팽창을 탈출케 하기 위한 공기구멍(30)이 설치되어 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 스케일 본체의 내부에 그 길이 방향 전체길이에 걸쳐서 중공부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스케일 본체의 상부벽에 스케일 고정구를 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스케일 본체의 개구단부를 폐색하기 위한 뚜껑에 판너트를 일체적으로 설치하고, 이 뚜껑을 스케일 본체의 개구단부에 맞닿음과 동시에 판너트를 스케일 본체의 중공부에 삽입 배치하여, 이판 너트에 스케일 고정구에 삽입된 나사를 스케일 본체의 상부벽에 설치한 구멍으로부터 판 너트의 나사구멍에 비틀어 박아서 스케일 고정구를 스케일 본체의 상부벽에 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 뚜껑에 스케일 고정구를 일체적으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 스케일 본체의 개구단부에 뚜껑을 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 뚜껑에 공기구멍을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 스케일 본체에 그 중공부를 구획하는 이 중공부의축방향으로 길다란 립를 설치하고, 이리브를 뚜껑의 스케일 본체의 개구단면에 대한 고정부착면으로서 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 스케일.
