Abstract
본 발명은 방사유제 함유 폴리아미드폐사를 인산촉매하에서 해중합하여 얻은 회수락탐을 10∼60%의 수용액으로 한후 3개 이상의 분리막을 갖는 유제분리기로 처리하여 수불용성 유제성분을 분리제거하고, 다시 폴리아크릴아미드계 고분자응집제로 처리하여 수용성 유제성분을 응집시켜 분리제거한후, 마지막으로 통상의 방법으로 정제처리하여 락탐을 회수하는 방법이다.In the present invention, a recovery lactam obtained by depolymerization of a polyamide waste containing polyunsaturated oil under a phosphate catalyst is treated with an aqueous solution of 10 to 60%, and then treated with an emulsion separator having three or more separation membranes to separate and remove the water-insoluble emulsion component, and then to polyacrylic acid. It is a method of recovering lactam by treating with an amide polymer coagulant to agglomerate and remove the water-soluble emulsion component, and finally purifying by a conventional method.
