본 발명은 관수용 튜브의 배수홀 천공장치에 관한 것으로 특히 제이저빔에 의해 홀을 천공하여 튜브의 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 관수용 튜브의 배수홀 천공장치에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
