본 고안은 이와같은 제 결점을 해결하기 위하여 관상으로 된 수세미포 내에 스폰지를 삽입시켜 뒤집는 것에 있어서 기체의 상측 전면에 돌설된 지지판에 긴 중공관을 경사지게 고정 설치하고 후측 지주대상으로 한쌍의 안내 공급로울러를 유설시키고 단턱의 표면에는 스폰지 안내판을 경첩으로 유착게 폴리에스텔 필름사와 화학사로 편직된 관상의 수세미포를 제2도에서와 같이 경사지게 설치된 중공관에 수축되게 끼워 삽입시킨후 길게 세절된 스폰지를 후측 안내판에 끼워 안내로울러로 공급하여 중공관의 중공부에 삽입하여 중공관의 반대측에서 걸고리를 삽입시켜 관상의 수세미포의 단부상에 스폰지를 끼워 끌어 당겨 손으로 계속하여 인출시키면 중공관에 삽입된 관상의 수세미포가 뒤집어지면서 스폰지가 유동되어 뒤틀림이 없이 내부로 원활하게 삽입 공급되어 보다 간단하면서도 능률적으로 스폰지를 삽입시켜 약 50-60m의 길이를 한번에 뒤집을 수 있어 수세미를 전자동으로 접착 절단할 수 있게 고안된 것으로 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.In order to solve this drawback, the present invention is to install a long hollow tube inclined to the support plate protruding from the upper front of the body in the inverted by inserting a sponge in the tubular loofah fabric and a pair of guide feed rollers to the rear support object.
