본 고안은 알타네이타의 로타에 관한 것으로서, 특히 로타의 스틸팬, 알타네이타폴 및 보빈아세이를 간편용이하게 조립할수 있는 로타의 조립구조에 관한것이다.The present invention relates to the Rota of the Altanetta, and more particularly to the assembly structure of the Rota to easily assemble the steel pan, the Altanita pole and bobbin assay of the Rota.
종래에는 알타네이타의 로타(31) 조립구조는 제1도에서와 같이 중앙에 축(33)이 압입되어 일체로된 알타네이타폴(32)의 외측에 긴밀히 접촉되는 상태로 스틸팬(36)을 축설한 후 로타(31)의 회전시 스틸팬(36)의 슬립됨을 방지하기 위하여 스폿트 용접등에 의해 고정설치 한다. 그리고, 알타네이타폴(32)의 내측에는 보빈아세이(38)을 설치한후 또 다른 알타네이타폴(32')을 조립고정하여 구성되었다.Conventionally, the assembling structure of the rotatable 31 of the altanita is such that the steel pan 36 is brought into intimate contact with the outside of the integrally the altanitapole 32 by pressing the shaft 33 in the center as shown in FIG.
