Abstract

본 발명은 실리콘입자 및 카본입자유지 강도가 높고 가공성 및 내마모성에 뛰어난 실린더라이너를 용이하게 형성할 수 있는 실린더라이너의 제조방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로하며, 그 구성에 있어서, AC8A합금분말과 실리콘 입자와 카본입자와의 혼합물에 열간압축성형을 실시해서 실린더라이너를 형성한다.
이에 의해, 실리콘입자 및 카본입자를 실린더라이너속에 분산시킨다. 그때, 상기 실리콘입자 및 카본입자로서, 입자경 1∼40㎛ 및 0.1∼40㎛의 것을 각각 사용하고, 그 함유율을 2∼8중량% 및 1∼27중량%로 각각 설정하고, 상기 열간압축성형을 AC8A합금분말의 반용융상태에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제2도는 상기 실시예에 있어서의, 실리콘입자의 함유율과 비마모량과의 관계를 표시한 그래프,
제3도는 상기 실시예에 있어서의 카본입자의 함유율과 비마모량과의 관계를 표시한 그래프,
제4도는 상기 실시예에 있어서의, 성형온도와 실린더라이너의 경도 및 인장강도와의 관계를 표시한 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 알루미늄 계입자에 2∼8중량%의 실리콘입자와 1∼27중량%의 카본입자를 혼합하고, 이 혼합물을 열간압축성형 하므로서 접접부재를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 뛰어난 접접부재의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열간압축성형을 상기 알루미늄 계입자의 반용융상태에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 뛰어난 접접부재의 제조방법.
  3. 상기 접접부재가 실린더라이너인 것을 특징으로하는 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항기재의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 내마모성에 뛰어난 접접부재.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘입자의 입자경이 1∼40㎛, 상기 카본입자의 입자경이 0.1∼40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 뛰어나 접접부재.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 입자의 함유율이 2∼8중량%, 상기 카본입자의 함유율이 12∼27중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 뛰어난 접접부재.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 실린더라이너의 상사점 부분에 있어서의 상기 실린더 입자의 함유율이 2~8중량%, 상기 카본 입자의 함유율이 12~27중량%이고, 상기 실린더라이너의 중간부분에 있어서의 상기 실리콘입자의 함유율이 2∼8중량%, 상기 카본입자의 함유율이 1∼7중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성에 뛰어나 접접부재.
