Abstract

초기 중합단계와 완성 중합단계를 거치는 고 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스에 있어서, 이타코닉산 또는 메틸메타아크릴산등의 카르복시산을 초기 중합단계에서는 최소화시키고 완성 중합단계에서 최대로 투입시켜서 라텍스를 제조하면, 그와 같이 제조된 라텍스는 섬유와의 접착력이 증대될 뿐만 아니라 방수 및 방습, 제품의 치수 안정성 유지에도 좋은 효과를 나타내는 라텍스가 된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 초기 중합단계(pre-polymerization)와 완성 중합단계(finish-polymerization)를 거치는 고 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 친수성모노머 투입량을 초기 중합단계에서는 최소화시키고 완성 중합단계에서 최대화시키는 고 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초기 중합단계에는 4.0∼8.0중량%의 카르복시산 0.5∼2.0중량%의 아크릴산, 4.0∼8.0중량%의 스틸렌, 10∼20 중량%의 부타디엔, 2.0∼6.0 중량%의 메틸메타아크릴레이트 및 적량의 첨가제를 투입하여 중합시키고, 완성 중합단계에서 20∼40 중량%의 스틸렌, 20∼40 중량%의 부타디엔, 5∼15 중량%의 메틸메타아크릴레이트 및 0.5∼2.0중량%의 아크릴산을 투입하여 중합시키는 고 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스의 제조방법.
  3. 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스에 있어서, 4.0∼8.0 중량%의 카르복시산, 1.0∼2.0 중량%의 아크릴산, 0.5∼2.0 중량%의 메틸메타아크릴산 30∼40 중량%의 스틸렌 40∼60 중량%의 부타디엔, 7.0∼21.0 중량%의 메틸메타아크릴레이트와 적량의 첨가제를 투입하여 중합된 고 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 카르복시산이 이타코닉산 또는 메타 아크릴산인 고 카르복시산-스틸렌-부타디엔 라텍스.
