Abstract

블리스터 포장, 특히 PTP 포장에 사용되는데 적당한 열 밀봉성 덮개 필름. 열 밀봉성 덮개 필름은 얇은 종이, 얇은 종이의 표면 상에 형성된 플리우레탄 수지의 층진층, 산-개질 비닐 클로라이드 공중합체의 중간층, 및 열밀봉성 탑 코우트층을 함유한다. 덮개 필름은 열 밀봉 조작시에, 수지 유동 패턴도, 색의 유동도 일으키지 않는다.

Claims (25)

  1. 얇은 종이, 주요 성분으로서 폴리우레탄 수지를 함유하며 상기 종이의 한 표면상에 형성된 층진층, 및 열 밀봉 탑 코우트 층을 함유하는 열 밀봉성 덮개 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 층진층과 열 밀봉층 사이의 층간 접착성을 향상시키기 위해 상기 층간에 삽입된 중간층을 추가로 함유하는 덮개 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열 밀봉층이 주요 성분으로서 비닐 리덴 클로라이드 공중합체를 함유하고, 주요 성분으로서 산-개질 비닐 클로라이드 공중합체를 함유하는 중간층과 열 밀봉층 사이에 삽입된 덮개 필름.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 프린팅 층이 충진층 상에 제공된 덮개 필름.
  5. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 얇은 종이의 기본 중량이 20~40g/㎡인 덮개 필름
  6. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 얇은 종이가 유리 종이인 덮개 필름.
  7. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 얇은 종이가 라이스지인 덮개 필름.
  8. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 얇은 종이가 인도지인 덮개 필름.
  9. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 얇은 종이가 탄화 기재기인 덮개 필름.
  10. 제1, 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 얇은 종이가 타자용지인 덮개 필름.

  14. 제1항에 있어서, 층진층이 건조 중량 기준으로 1~10g/㎡의 양으로 제공된 덮개 필름.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 층진층이 착색된 덮개 필름.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 열 밀봉 탑 코우트 층이 수분 불침투성을 갖는 덮개 필름.
  17. 제3항에 있어서, 산-개질 비닐 클로라이드 공중합체가 50중량%이상의 비닐 클로라이드, 0.2~5중량%의 공중합성산, 및 임의로 비닐 아세테이트, 비닐 리덴 클로라이드, 아크릴산 에스테르 및 에틸렌으로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 하나 이상의 코모노머의 공중 합체인 덮개 필름.
  18. 제3항에 있어서, 산-개질 비닐 클로라이드 공중합체가 50중량%이상의 비닐 클로라이드, 0.2~5중량%의 말레산 및 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체인 덮개 필름.
  19. 제3항에 있어서, 중간층이 건조 중량기준으로 1~10g/㎡의 양으로 제공된 덮개 필름.
  20. 제3항에 있어서, 비닐리덴 클로라이드 공중합체가 아크릴로니트릴, 비닐 클로라이드, 비닐 아세테이트, 알킬 아크릴레이트 및 알킬 메타크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 원소, 비닐 리덴 클로라이드 및 임의로 불포화 카르복실산의 공중합체인 덮개 필름.
  21. 제3항에 있어서, 열 밀봉층이 건조 중량으로 1~10g/㎡의 양으로 제공된 덮개 필름.
  22. 열가소성 수지 시이트로 만들어져 있으며 포장될 물질을 넣을 하나 이상의 포켓 부분 및 이 포켓 부분의 개부 주위에 제공되며 덮개 필름을 열밀봉시켜 포켓 부분의 개부를 막는 폴랜지 부분을 함유하는 용기 본체 및 제1항 내지 21항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 덮개 필름을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 블리스터 포장 용기.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 용기 본체가 비닐 클로라이드 수지 사이트로 만들어지고, 덮개 필름이 제3항에 따른 덮개 필름인 포장 용기.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 포켓 부분이 프레스 스루 포장에 사용되기 위해 굽혀질 수 있는 포장 용기.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 용기 본체가 다수의 포켓 부분을 가지고 있으며, 플랜지 부분에 포켓 부분을 서로 절단하는 절단선이 형성된 포장 용기
