Abstract
관형 샤프트(1)는 적어도 하나의 나선라인을 따라 향하는 신축성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 토크전달용 쉘을 포함 하는 토크전달용 관형 구조(2)를 구비한다.
관형 샤프트(1)를 효과적인 진동 뎀퍼로 사용하기 위하여, 쉘은 감쇠액을 수용하기에 적합하며 적어도 하나의 수축통로(7,8)를 통해 감쇠액용 리저버와 연통하는 펀 프쳄버(3,4,5)를 둘러싸고 있다.

Claims (11)
- 적어도 하나의 나선을 따라 탄성을 갖는 적어도 하나의 토크전달용 쉘을 포함하는 로크 전달용 관형 구조를 구비한 관형 샤프트에 있어서, 상기 쉘(2a-2g)은 감쇠액을 수용하기에 적합한 펌프쳄버 (3, 4, 5)를 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 펌프쳄버의 내부 및 외부로 감쇠액이 흐르는 것을 조절하기 위한 적어도 하나의 수축 통로 (7, 8) 가 형성 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선박 추진 시스템에 사용하기위한 관형샤프트에 적용되는 것을 특징으로하는 관형샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쉘은 보강섬유들이 주요방면으로 비틀림을 갖기 위하여 적어도 하나의 나선라인을 따라 연장하여 있는 섬유보강 플라스틱으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 관형샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쉘은 나선표면구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 쉘에 나선홈(14)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형샤프트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 쉘에 나선리브(15)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토크전달용 관형 구조(2)는 구 양단부가 타이트하게 접합되어 있고 그들사이에서 펌프쳄버(3)를 한정하는, 2개의 방사상으로 간격져 놓여있는 토크전달용 쉘(2a,2b)을 구비하며, 상기 쉘(2a,2b)들은 서로 대향하는 방향으로 신축성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토크전달용 관형 구조(2)는 그 양단부가 타이트하게 접합된 3개의 방사상으로 간격져 놓여있는 토크전달용 쉘(2c,2d,2e)중의 외부 쉘은 상기 (2c,2d,2e)중의 중간 쉘(2d)과 함께 펌프쳄버(4,5)를 한정하며, 상기 중간 쉘(2d)은 펌프쳄버와 리저버가 서로 연통 되게하는 수축통로(8)가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 쉘들중에서 임의의 2개의 인접한 쉘들의 신축성은 서로 대향하는 방면으로 향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관형구조(2)는 상기 샤프트내에서 상기 수축통로(7,8)를 통해 펌프쳄버(3, 4, 5)와 연통하는 러저버를 구성하는 중앙 공동부(9)를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축통로(7,8)의 흐름영역을 선택적으로 결정하기 위한 수단으로 구비함을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수축통로를 통해 펌프쳄버와 연통하는 리저버와 연합하여 관형샤프트에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 샤프트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
