본 발명은 단백질 용액을 단시간 가열함으로써 용액중의 바이러스를 불활성화시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

단백질 제조에 있어서 바이러스를 불활성화시키는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 단백질 용액을 단시간 가열하여 바이러스를 불활성시키기 위한 본 발명의 시험 시스템을 도시한 것이다.
제2도는 제0291호 배치내 65℃,75℃및 80℃에서 단시간 가열한 트롬보렐 S 및 비처리한 트롬보렐 S의 참조 플롯을 도시한 것이다.
제3도는 제0291호 배치내 65℃,75℃및 80℃에서 단시간 가열한 트롬보렐 S에 있어서, 인자 II에 대한 응괴시간의 플롯을 도시한 것이다.
제4도는 제0291호 배치내 65℃,75℃및 80℃에서 단시간 가열한 트롬보렐 S에 있어서, 인자 III에 대한 응괴시간의 플롯을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 태반 단백질, 혈장 단백질 또는 세포 배양 또는 미생물적으로 제조한 단백질의 그룹으로부터의 단백질 제제 용액을 단시간 동안 가열함을 특징으로 하여, 이 제제중의 바이러스를 불활성화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 조직 트롬보플라스틴 용액을 가영하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가열을 열 교환기내에서 간접적으로 가열하면서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. 금속 호일 사이에 스페이서가 배열되어 있는 집결된 금속 호일로 구성되며. 이 금속 호일은 각각의 반대쪽 측면상에 2개 이상의 개구부가 장착된 금속 카드로 구성되고, 스페이서는 카드가 집결질 경우 개구부가 관형 채널을 형성하도록 금속 카드와 일치하는 개구부를 지닌 직물 카드로 구성되며, 직물 카드외 포위 림(encircicling rim) 및 개구부 일부를 둘러싸는 직물의 환상 영역은 봉입제로 충진되고, 직물 카드의 렬 및 관형 체널의 경우에는 봉입제가 있거나 없이도 개구부의 교체가 있게되는 열 교환 모듈(heat exchange module)내에서 가열을 수헹하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가열온도가 +45℃ 내지 +95℃, 바람직하게는 +65℃ 내지 80℃인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 가열 또는 냉각시간이 30초 이하. 바람직하게는 5초 이하인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서. 체류시간이 0.1 내지 20초. 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 5인 방법.
