본 고안은 브라운관의 전면에 가까운 벌브측벽 즉, 패널 스커트(Panel Skirt) 부분이 바깥쪽으로 강하게 밀리면서 브라운관이 파열되는 현상 즉, 폭축현상을 방지하기 위하여 브라운관의 벌브측벽에 밴드를 부착하여 보강하는 보강밴딩에 사용되는 브라운관 보강용 테이프에 관한 것으로, 특히 기재의 양면에 감압성 접착제로 감압성 접착을 형성한 양면 테이프를 수축밴딩(Shrink banding) 방식에 사용할 수 있게한 브라운관 보강용 테이프에 관한 것이다.The present invention reinforces by attaching a band to the bulb side wall of the CRT in order to prevent the bulging phenomenon, that is, the bursting of the CRT as the bulb side wall close to the front side of the CRT, the panel skirt, is pushed outward. 종래에는 수축밴딩방식 이외의 브라운관 보강 밴딩 방식에서는 제1도에 도시되 바와같이 주로 기재(1)의 양면에 감압성 접착제로 감압성 접착층(2) (3)을 형성한 양면 테이프(4)로 브라운관의 벌브측벽(5)에 밴드(6)를 부착하여 브라운관을 보강하였으나, 이와 같은 양면 테이프(4)를 수축밴딩방식에 사용할 경우에는 감압성 접착(2)(3)이 고열에 약하여 용융되고, 특히 감압성 접착층(2)으로 인하여 밴드체결의 작업성이 나쁨은 물론 많은 작업시간이 소요 되므로 수축밴딩 방식에서는 기재의 일면에 열용융성 접착체를 코팅한 단면 테이프를 주로 사용하였다. 그러나, 열용융성 접착제를 코팅한 단면 테이프는 열용융성 접착제의 코팅이 매우 어렵고, 많은 제조원가가 소요될 뿐만 아니라 단면 테이프와 밴드의 접착이 약하여 브라운관의 보강효과가 낮은 등의 여러가지 결함이 있었다.Conventionally, in the CRT reinforcement banding system other than the shrink banding method, as shown in FIG. 1, a double-sided tape 4 having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 and 3 formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides of the substrate 1 is mainly used. 본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결합을 감안하여 열용융성 접착제를 코팅한 단면 테이프를 사용하지 않고, 감압성 접착제로 감압성 접착층을 형성한 양면 테이프의 밴드가 부착되는 부위에 휘발성 물질을 코팅하여 수축 밴딩방식에 사용할 수 있도록 하는 보강용 테이프를 안출한 것으로, 이를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 제2도는 본 고안의 보강용 테이프를 사용하여 브라운관의 벌브측벽을 보강한 상태를 보인 단면도로서, 이에 도시한 바와 같이 기재(11)의 양면에 감압성 접착제로 감암성 접착층(12)(13)을 형성하고, 밴드가 접착되는 일면의 감압성 접착층(12)에는 약 70℃의 열에 휘발성을 갖는 휘발성 물질로 휘발성 코팅층(14)을 형성하여 보강용테이프(15)를 구성한 것이다.The present invention does not use a single-sided tape coated with a heat-melt adhesive in view of such a conventional bonding, and shrinks by coating a volatile material on a portion where a band of a double-sided tape having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed with a pressure-sensitive adhesive is attached.
