Abstract
본 발명은 전자레인지의 자동요리에 사용되어지는 각종 센서의 초기화 기능에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동요리에 사용되는 다수 센서의 오동작을 방지하기 위해 센서의 초기상태를 안정화 시키는데 적당하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to the initialization function of the various sensors used in the automatic cooking of the microwave oven, in particular to stabilize the initial state of the sensor in order to prevent the malfunction of the multiple sensors used in the automatic cooking.
종래에는 연속적으로 전자레인지를 사용할 경우 온도, 습도, 가스센서의 초기 분위기 상태가 고온 다습 다물질 가스상태로 있기 때문에 각 센서 출력에 큰 오차를 발뻣縱시켜 자동요리가 불가능해지는 수가 있으며, 또한 금속 탄성체를 스프링으로 한 밋 센서는 충격, 과대하중, 온도 등의 영향으로 무부하 출력값(영점값)이 고정되지 않고 변하게 되므로 이 변화는 무게 센서의 영점오차를 유발하여 그만큼 무게를 정확하게 측정할 수 없게 되고 특히 정전용량형 무게 센서에서는 영점오차를 제어하기가 어려운 등의 문제점들이 있었다.Conventionally, when the microwave oven is continuously used, the temperature, humidity, and gas sensor's initial atmosphere are in a high temperature and high humidity multi-material gas state, which may cause a large error in the output of each sensor, making automatic cooking impossible.
