Abstract
본 발명의 산소 또는 다른 기체를 잠겨진 중공 드래프트-튜브-임펠러 수단 조립체내로 통과시켜서 상기 조립체 안에서 하향 통과시키기 위해 배플아래로 주입하여 넓은 수역중에 용해시키는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 액체 함유 용해 기체는 수역 전체에 분산되며, 반면에, 모든 비용해 기체는 효과적으로 회수되고 재순환된다.

제3도는 본 발명의 현장 산소화기중의 여러 액체 수준에서의 단위 마력 당 산소 운반 효율을 나타낸 플롯.

Claims (10)
- (a) 수역 근처에 액체용 콘테이너 용기를 갖지 않는 넓은 수역 아래에 위치하고, 상기 넓은 수역에서 기체-액체 혼합물을 하향으로 통과시키도록 개조된 임펠러수단 ;(b) 용해된 기체가 풍부한 액체로부터 분리되고 상기 임펠러수단으로의 재순환을 위해 상기 넓은 수역의 표면으로 뜨는 비용해 기체의 대부분을 포착하기 위해 충분한 크기를 갖고 임펠러 수단위에 위치한 배플수단;(c) 기체-액체 혼합물로서 액체를 사용하여 상기 넓은 수역중에서 하향으로 통과시키기 위한 상기 임펠러 수단의 흡인에 의해 기포가 발생한 정도로, 상기 배플 수단 아래로 공급 기류를 도입시키기 위한 도관수단으로 이루어지며, 콘테이너 용기 벽의 부재 때문에, 용해 기체가 풍부한 액체를 넓은 수역내에 분산시키며, 반면에 비용해 기체를, 그 부력으로 인해, 상기 넓은 수역의 표면으로 뜨게 하고 재순환을 위해 포착하여, 근본적으로 공급 기류의 완전한 이용을 유발시키는, 넓은 수역중에 이체를 용해시키기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에, 있어서, 상기 배플 수단이 상기 넓은 수역의 표면 아래에 위치함을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에, 있어서, 상기 배플 수단을 뜨게 하거나 또한 지지하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
- 제1항에, 있어서, 상기 배플 수단이 가용성 벌룬 캐노피로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 시스템.

- 제7항에, 있어서, 상기 임펠러 수단이 축방향 흐름 방향-펌핑 임펠러로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에, 있어서, 상기 배플 수단이 아래의 압력을 모니터하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
