Abstract
본 발명은 내마모성, 고강도성, 내열성등의 특징을 가지는 질화티탄늄 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 질소 분위기로된 반응기내의 티탄늄수소화물을 질소와 화학반응토록하되 자체 발열반응에 의하여 외부열의 지속적 공급없이도 수초이내에 반응이 완료되도록 하므로써 에너지 절약은 물론 그 생산성이 높아 저렴한 가격으로 질화티탄늄 분말을 제공하게 되는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing titanium nitride powder having characteristics such as abrasion resistance, high strength, and heat resistance, wherein the titanium hydride in a nitrogen atmosphere is chemically reacted with nitrogen, but continuously supplies external heat by self-exothermic reaction. By allowing the reaction to be completed within seconds without energy savings and high productivity, titanium nitride powder is provided at a low price.
