오토바이 손잡이 보호용장갑

본 고안은 오토바이의 손잡이를 보호하여 주는 장갑에 관한 것으로서 특히, 오토바이의 핸들에서 손잡이부와 작동간을 장갑부내에 수용하도록 함으로서 동절기나 우기에 오토바이를 승차하여 주행할때에 손잡이를 파지하고 있는 손이 얼지 않도록 하거나 손잡이가 비에 젖어 파지한 손이 미끄러지지 않도록 하여 핸들의 작동을 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 함은 물론 주행중에 예기치 못한 경미한 사고가발생한다 할지라도 손잡이를 파지하고 있는 손을 보호하여 주는 효과도 얻을 수 있도록 된 것이다.
일반적으로 오토바이를 승차하여 주행을 하려면 맨손으로 손잡이를 파지한 상태에서 운전을 하거나 얇은 손장갑을 끼고 운전을 하게되나 날씨가 화창한 봄이나 가을에는 다소 용이하게 운전을 실시할 수 있으나 겨울철과 같은 동절기나 비가 많이 내리는 우기에는 맨손 또는 손장갑만을 착용한 상태로 운전하기란 극히 위험성을 내포하고 있다.
즉, 동절기에 맨손 또는 얇은 손장갑을 착용한 상태에서 운전을 하게되면 주행중 낮은 기온과 바람으로 인하여 손잡이를 파지한 손이 얼어버려 감각을 잃게 되므로 운전에 극히 위험을 초래할뿐만이 아니라, 우기중 비가 내리는 중에 운전을 하게되면 손잡이와 파지한 손에 빗물이 스며들게 되어 순간적으로 파지한 손이 미끄러져 손잡이를 놓쳐 극히 위험한 상황에 처할 우려가 있는 것이다.
이와같은 위험을 다소나마 해소하기 위하여 알려진것으로는 포지형으로 된것이 있으나 이는 단순히 핸들부위에 감싸주는 정도에 불과하여 동절기와 우기에는 찬바람과 빗물이 스며들어 내부가 젖게 되므로 오히려 더 큰 위험성을 내포하고 있는 상태가 되는 폐단이 있었다.
따라서 본 고안은 상술한 바와같은 문제점을 해소하고자 안출된 것으로서 이를 첨부도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 고안의 전체 사시도이다.
오토바이핸들의 손잡이 보호용 장갑(1)은 내피(3)와 외피(2)사이에 탄성부재(4)가 개입되어 있는데 내피(3)는 부드러운 직물지등으로 되고, 외피(2)는 외기를 차단하면서 비, 바람이 스며들지 않도록 비닐지로 되거나 코팅 방수처리하여서된 것이다.
만곡형으로된 장갑부(10)의 일측단에는 오토바이의 작동간 삽입공(18)와 손잡이 삽입공(17)이 통공되어 그 상측에 고정덧판(12)이 덧대어져 있고, 엄지손가락부(11)를 외향으로 일체로 돌출시키되, 그 고정덧판(12)에는 백밀러 지지대삽입공(19)과다수의 결속공(16)이 통공되어 결속끈(13)에 결속되며, 장갑부(10)의 하측에는 손목보호대(14)를 부착시키되 손목보호대(14)의 내측에는 밴드(15')로 협착되면서 신축자재하는 손목협착부(15)를 덧대어서 형성된 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 착용상태가 제2도가 도시되어 있다.
장갑부(10)의 내측 수공공간(10')에는 작동간 삽입공(18)과 손잡이삽입공(7)을 통하여 오토바이의 작동간(7)과 손잡이(6)가 수용되어 있으며, 오토바이의 핸들(5)에서 보호용장갑(1)이 망실되지 않도록 하기 위하여 결속끈(13)으로 결속시켜 준다.
신축자재하는 손목협착부(15)를 통하여 손을 주입시키면 손목협지부(15)는 밴드(15')와 자재 신축력에 의하여 손목을 협착하게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 손잡이 보호용 장갑(1)은 내피(3)와 외피(2)사이에 탄성부재(4) 개입시켜서 외피(2)를 비닐지 또는 코팅 방수처리 하되, 만곡형으로된 장갑부(10)의 일측단에는 오토바이의 작동간 삽입공(18)과 손잡이 삽입공(17)이 통공되어 그 상측에 고정덧판(12)이 덧대어져 있고, 엄지손가락부(11)를 외향으로 일체로 돌출시키되, 그 고정덧판(12)에는 백밀러 지지대삽입공(19)과 다수의 결속공(16)이 통공되어 결속끈(13)이 결속되며, 장갑부(10)의 하측에는 손목보호대(14)를 부착시키되 손목보호대(14)의 내측에는 밴드(15')로 협착되면서 신축자재하는 손목협착부(15)를 덧대어서 형성된 오토바이손잡이 보호용 장갑.
