본 발명은 납없는 탄탈고체 전해 콘덴서의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 탄탈 콘덴서의 제조공정중 음극 리드단을 납디핑 방식이 아닌 기존 은막층에 직접 연결함으로써 콘덴서의 전기적 특성 향상은 물론 제품의 소헝화 경량화 되었고, 또한 중금속인 납을 사용하지 않음으로써 산입환경 요소에 중요한 효과를 기대할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a lead-free tantalum solid electrolytic capacitor, and in particular, by connecting the cathode lead end directly to the existing silver film layer instead of the lead dipping method during the manufacturing process of the tantalum capacitor, improving the electrical characteristics of the capacitor as well as miniaturization of the product.
