본 고안은 바지걸이간이 형성되는 옷걸이에 있어서, 바지걸이간에 별도의 집게가 형성된 바지걸이를 탈착시킬 수 있는 옷걸이에 관한 것이다.
종래의 옷걸이는 의복을 걸어놓을 수 있는 단순한 옷걸이에 집게가 형성되는 바지걸이간에 바지를 걸어놓거나, 집게가 형성된 바지걸이간에 하의를 걸은 후 바지걸이간에 걸도록 되어 있고, 집게가 형성되지 않은 바지걸이간에는 바지를 반으로 접은후 걸어 놓는 것이 대부분이었고, 그렇지 않을 경우에는 상의는 옷걸이에 걸어놓은 후 하의는 별도의 옷걸이에 걸어 놓는 것이 대부분 이었던 것이다.
그러나 이러한 것은 바지걸이간에 하의를 반으로 접어 걸어놓을 경우 바지에 주름이 생기게 되고 또한 집게등을 사용하여 바지를 고정한후 바지걸이간에 걸어 놓을 경우에는 바지걸이간이 정확히 옷걸이의 중심에 맞지 않아 바지걸이의 고리가 한쪽방향으로 흘러가기 때문에 옷걸이가 기울어 지면서 옷이 흘러내리게 되는 것이고, 또한 보통의 사람들은 상의를 벗은후 하의를 벗기 때문에 상의를 옷걸이에 먼저 걸어놓은 후 하의를 걸기에는 대단히 불편한 것이다.
이에 본 고안은 종래의 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 고안된 것으로 바지 걸이간의 구조를형의 형태로 구성하여 바지 걸이의 고정고리가 옷걸이의 고정돌편에 정확히 고정되므로 옷걸이의 무게중심이 정확하여 옷이 흘러내리거나 변형이 되지 않게 하여주고 상의를 먼저 걸어두어도 바지걸이를 착탈할 수 있도록 하여 하의를 간편하게 걸 수 있게 한 것이다.
이하 첨부 도면에 의거 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제 1 도 및 제 2 도에 도시한 바와 같이 하부로 만곡된 옷걸이 몸체 양단하부에 바지걸이간이 부착된 것에 있어서, 옷걸이 몸체(1) 하부를 바지걸이간(2)이 삽입될 수 있도록 형성하고 몸체 중간부에 옷걸이(1)의 보강과 바지걸이간(2)의 삽입을 위하여 구멍(4)이 형성된 보강편(3)이 몸체 양측에 형성되고 상기 구멍(4)에 삽입되는 바지걸이간의(2) 구조를 구멍(4)에 삽입하기 수월하게 하여주고 바지걸이간(2)의 보강을 위하여 양측단에자 형의 탄성부(9)를 형성하고 중앙부에 고정돌편(6)을 형성하여, 바지걸이(7)의 중앙부에 형성된 고정고리(8)가 고정돌편(6)에 걸게되는 구조이다.
미설명부호 5는 집게이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은 바지걸이간(2)의 구조가자 형상으로 형성되어형상의 탄성부(9)의 텐션작용으로 구멍(4)에 삽입하기가 용이하고 바지걸이간(2)의 중앙부에 고정돌편(6)이 형성되어 판형상의 고정고리가 고정되므로 움직임을 방지하여 주기 때문에 바지걸이가 움직이지 않게 되어 의류등을 옷걸이에 걸어두어도 취급이 용이하고 상의를 옷걸이에 건상태에서도 바지걸이를 간단하게 착탈시킬 수 있으므로 치마나 바지등을 바지걸이에 고정하여 고정돌편에 간편하게 고정 할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 옷걸이 몸체 양단하부에 바지걸이간이 부착된 것에 있어서, 옷걸이 몸체 중간부에 옷걸이(1)의 보강과 바지걸이간(2)의 삽입을 위하여 구멍(4)이 형성된 보강편(3)이 몸체 양측에 형성되고, 구멍(4)에 삽입되는 바지걸이간의(2) 구조를 U자형의 탄성부(9)를 형성하고 중앙부에 고정돌편(6)을 형성하여, 양단에 바지나 치마를 고정하는 집게(5)가 형성된 바지걸이(7)의 중앙부에 형성된 고정고리(8)가 고정돌편(6)에 착탈될 수 있는 옷걸이.
