Abstract

본 발명은 바디오 필터가 내설된 냉난방용 공기조화기에 관한 것으로 종래의 공기조화기는 단순히 열교환기의 입구수온과 공기풍량과의 열전단에 의해 냉난방이 이루어지기 때문에 열효율이 낮을 뿐 아니라 기계실의 냉동기나 온수보일러에 연결된 여러대의 공기조화기 중 한대를 가동할 경우에도 냉난방 시스템 전체를 가동시켜야하기 때문에 경제적인 폐단이 있었다.
본 발명은 이와같은 점을 감안하여 응축기 역할을 하는 이중관(9)과 증발기 역할을 하는 핀코일(12)이 본체(1)에 일체로 내설되어 공기조화기의 부피를 줄일 수 있기 때문에 좁은 설치공간에도 용이하게 설치할 수 있으며 냉매와 냉각수의 흐름이 대향류형으로 구성되어 과냉각도가 크기 때문에 열효율이 증대될 뿐 아니라 필터(13)와 바이오 필터(14)에 의해 1차, 2차 여과된 공기가 실내로 방풍되기 때문에 실내의 공기를 신선하게 유지할 수 있는등의 효과가 있는 바닥 상치형 냉난방 공기조화기에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 열교환 장치와 송풍장치가 구비된 공기조화기에 있어서, 급수관(8)에 냉매 유통관(7)이 내설된 이중관(9)이 핀코일(12) 둘레를 감싸도록 본체(1)내에 설치하고, 냉매 유통관(7)을 드라이 필터(10)와 모세관(11)을 통해 핀코일(12)에 연통시키며, 전기장치에 의해 개폐변(6)이 작동하여 압축기(2)의 냉매 유출관(3)에 핀코일(12)과 냉매 유통관(7)을 선택하여 연결시키는 4방면 밸브(5)와 압축기(2)를 본체(1)내 설치하고, 핀코일(12) 상부에 다수의 바이오 필터(12)가 설치된 바닥 상치형 냉난방 공기조화기.
