자동차 운전자가 운행조건과 도로사정에 따라 댐퍼 클러치의 동작 조건을 임의로 확장할 수 있도록 하여 장시간 댐퍼 클러치를 동작시키지 않을 경우에 발생하는 동력 전달의 손실로 인한 연비를 향상시키기 위하여; 전원과 연결되어 있는 시동 스위치와 연결되어 사용자가 임의로 댐퍼 클러치의 동작영역을 확장시킬 수 있도록 하는 모드 선택 스위치와, 상기 모드선택 스위치와 연결되어 모드선택 스위치의 동작에 따라 토오크 컨버터의 동작을 제어하는 변속제어부와, 상기 변속제어부와 연결되어 자동차의 각 기관의 상태를 감지하여 해당하는 전기적인 신호를 출력하는 감지부로 구성되어 자동차가 시동되면 운전자의 스위치작동에 따라 변경되는 댐퍼 클러치의 동작 설정 값을 조절하고, 입력되는 센서의 신호에 따라 변속제어부에서 댐퍼 클러치를 작동 여부를 판단하여 댐퍼 클러치 제어밸브의 조절로 댐퍼 클러치의 동작을 제어하고, 자동차의 시동상태를 감지하여 자동차의 시동이 온되어 있으면 상기한 방법을 반복하고 자동차의 시동이 오프되면 동작을 정지시키는 방법으로 이루어져 있는 댐퍼 클러치 동작 제어장치 및 그의 제어방법에 관한 것.To allow an automobile driver to arbitrarily expand the operating conditions of the damper clutch according to the driving conditions and road conditions to improve fuel efficiency due to the loss of power transmission that occurs when the damper clutch is not operated for a long time; A mode selection switch connected to a start switch connected to a power source to allow a user to arbitrarily expand the operation range of the damper clutch, and connected to the mode selection switch to control the operation of the torque converter according to the operation of the mode selection switch.
